Refund and Return

At fixprintassist.com, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we’re here to help.

Please read our refund and return policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival
  • The product is defective or not working properly
  • The product is wrong or different from what you ordered
  • The product is missing accessories

Return window:
You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition
  • All original items must be included (box, accessories, manuals, warranty cards)
  • The item should not show signs of physical damage caused by the customer

Refurbished items may have minor cosmetic marks which are not eligible for returns unless they affect performance.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used earphones / earbuds
  • Software or digital products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories

4. Return Process

Step 1 – Contact Us

Contact us

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Images or video (if damaged/defective)

Step 2 – Pickup Arrangement

Our team will schedule a pickup from your location.

Step 3 – Quality Check

Once we receive the product, our technicians will inspect it.

Step 4 – Refund Approval

After verification, your refund or replacement will be processed.


5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after the product passes the quality check.


6. Replacement Policy

If the product is available in stock, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacements are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Successful quality inspection

If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


7. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted; however, you can still request a return after delivery (if eligible).


8. Product Warranty

  • New products follow brand/manufacturer warranty.
  • Refurbished items come with limited warranty as mentioned on the product page.

Warranty will not apply for:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Unauthorized repair attempts
